Special Orders

I would like to offer Special Orders to customers who genuinely love a piece of jewellery from my online store, but wish to tweak the design slightly. For example, they could be after a larger size coil, a different thickness of wire, or even a different coloured silk cord or cotton thread.

I also offer Special Orders to customers who would like to order a specific bangle size outside of my standard bangle size options. Bangle Special Orders are handmade using the exact dimensions (in millimetres) of the length across the top of your knuckles, as outlined in detail on my Bangle Sizing page. Please see my Bangle Sizing page for further information about how to determine the size of your bangle or that of a loved one.

Special Orders will always incur an extra fee, depending on which jewellery design needs to be altered. Please get in touch if you would like a personalized quote for how much it might cost to alter one of the jewellery designs in my online store.

If you decide to go ahead on a particular quote, bare in mind that you will be committed to that Special Order. I will not be able to issue a refund for Special Orders due to the personalized nature of the service whereby the customer requests a personal alteration to a particular piece of jewellery.

All Special orders may take up to 15-20 working days depending on which piece of jewellery you would like altered, and what materials and processes are involved. I will always be in touch via email if a Special Order is going to take longer than anticipated.
