I want you to love and wear my Contemporary Jewellery pieces, so if you have accidentally bent, damaged or broken a piece of jewellery please don't hesitate to let me know.
In most cases, I will request that you post the item back to me so that I can assess the piece in person to determine exactly what repairs might need to be carried out. In this case, the customer will be responsible for sending the item back to me by using a safe courier or postal option.
My Repair Service usually incurs a small fee, unless I can see that an item has a clear manufacturing fault in which case there will be no charge. As each piece of jewellery might require a different type of process to repair, there will be no set charge for carrying out my repairs.

Be sure to include your name, details about the repair and proof of purchase by providing an invoice number (if possible), so that we may discuss the appropriate steps to have it rectified, including what possible costs might be involved.
My repairs generally take up to 15 – 20 working days depending on what work is involved in repairing your piece of jewellery. I will be in touch with you via email regarding its progress and dispatch date if it's going to take longer than anticipated.
