Commissions

I would love to give you the unique opportunity to have a piece of jewellery especially handmade for a friend, family member or loved one. You may even have something special in mind for yourself?!

If you've seen a piece of jewellery on my Instagram page that has caught your eye, or you have a specific design in mind that you can't quite visualize, you are more than welcome to get in touch to share your thoughts and ideas.

We can discuss what you have in mind or whether at all it is even possible, as realistically there are just some designs that I will not be able to create. I am currently drawn to creating pieces that are handmade using sterling silver wire and cotton thread, as these are my preferred materials and specialties.

Once a particular jewellery design has been established, I can then provide you with a quote for what it might cost to make your special piece. All quotes for my Commission pieces will be approximate only and are valid for 2 months from the date of issue. The quote will be based on how long it might take to make the piece and what materials are required.

Once a quote has been confirmed, you will be committed to the creation of that Commission. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a refund for change of mind on Commission pieces as they are especially designed and handmade jewellery pieces created for specific customers using their own personal ideas. That's why all details such as size, shape and style of the piece will be thoroughly planned and discussed beforehand during the planning stage.

All Commission pieces will take approximately 4 weeks from the date of the confirmed quote, depending on how big or small the piece is that's being handmade for you. A small pair of earrings for example might take less time than a large pendant or bangle design that has lots of different components or detailed elements.

If you would like to create something unique in the future, I will look forward to working with you to make it happen. Having something especially handmade for yourself or a loved one makes the sentiment and thought behind your piece so much more personal and special, and that's exactly why I love handmade and artistic jewellery. It really is a means of individuality and self expression.
